get blur in 1st class of data comm & network..duno wat the lutor taking abot..sooooooooooo tention!!!

wan to do the add drop, transfer to IT class, but only 11 place left~ so far i knw 8 ppl adi hand up the form..

i can jz pass up the form tml due to some reason..
